Zwift Active off season workout #25 – Endurance (shortened somewhat)

Let’s go and earn some fitness with Active Off Season training plan in Zwift. As a training plan, it’ll allow me to complete the workouts in a given order, I cannot cherry pick them.

Shortened today’ training with the 6 minutes part (cadence drills) and the cooldown. Had to cut time as I’m in rush at the morning to work)

We’re building endurance today! Warmup followed by 3 sets of fast pedals (as fast as you can pedal without bouncing in the saddle) to open up the legs, followed by a long endurance ride. Focus on staying relaxed on the bike and vary your cadence.

Sidenote: How to screw up a long workout? Simple. Ignore the rest week beforehand…Just as I did, and was unable to cope with the FTP segment in this workout…Shame on me, I know…
