Diet plan
Breakfast
50gm oats,One pomegranate
10 Almonds.
6 egg whites .Two yolk.
One scoop protein in water.
Around 800 calories

Lunch
300gm white rice
250gm chicken breast
Around 650-700 calories

Pre workout meal
4 brown bread with one tablespoon peanut butter. 3 egg whites and one yolk.
One banana.
Around 500 calories

Post WORKOUT
one scoop whey protein and one banana
Around 250 calories

Dinner
Two chapati with 100gm white rice.
Dal.50-60g soyabeen.
200gm curd.
Around 600 calories
*Drink 4-5 litres of water daily.
